Our school has organised  the training for teachers to equip them with effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.

Mrs. Agnes, a renowned educator, our Campus educational programme Director conducted an engaging and informative training session on classroom management. The session began with an icebreaker activity that set the tone for the interactive and participatory nature of the training.Mrs. Agnes emphasized the importance of creating a positive classroom culture, establishing clear expectations, and using proactive strategies to manage student behavior. She shared practical tips and techniques on:

 

1. Setting clear boundaries and expectations

2. Using non-verbal communication and body language

3. Encouraging student participation and engagement

4. Managing disruptions and challenging behaviors

5. Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

The training session included group discussions, role-plays, and hands-on activities that allowed teachers to practice and apply the strategies learned.
