Capacity Building Program Report

A capacity building program, Active Learning, was organized for Team Blossom on July 12 ,2025 . The program aimed to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in active learning and classroom management.

Program Highlights- Lamp Enlightenment: The program started with a lamp enlightenment ceremony led by Principal Mrs. Vidhyut Sahare. Felicitation: The resource persons were Dhanashree R. Thorat and Naina Budhwar were felicitated by Principal Mrs. Vidhyut Sahare.

Sessions: The resource persons conducted sessions from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, covering topics such as:

Classroom Strategies for Class Control: Effective techniques for managing classroom behavior , difference between active and passive learning and promoting a conducive learning environment.

Active Learning Strategies: Subject-wise approaches to encourage active participation and engagement in the learning process.

Program Objectives were successfully aimed to equip Team Blossom with the necessary skills and knowledge to: Effectively manage classroom behavior and promote active learning .Develop subject-wise strategies for engaging students and enhancing their learning experience

Improve teaching skills and confidence in the classroom

Program Structure-The program was structured to include interactive sessions, group discussions, and hands-on activities, allowing participants to engage with the resource persons and share their experiences. This format enabled the team to gain practical insights and develop a deeper understanding of active learning strategies.

Values – The session was really very useful to refresh the teachers with hands on experience of active teaching methods.
